The popup window message stating that a Network Resource is Unavailable is an indication that the Spare Backup software installation is not functioning correctly.
In order to stop the reoccurring Network Resource is Unavailable message, the installation of Spare Backup will need to be removed. For assistance in removing the software please contact Customer Care.
Note: To reinstall Spare Backup please sign-in to your Web Access account and download the software (see the Related Topics below for instructions). During the installation process you will need your email address, password and Spare Key. Your Spare Key can be retrieved while you are logged in to Web Access found under Account Settings.
